Delivery
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
In addition to the 3 days we need to process your order, the following timespan applies (not guaranteed):

Can I track my order? Do I get a tracking number?
No. We do not communicate the status of your order. Your order is processed within 3 workdays. If we cannot or only partly conform to your order, you are notified by e-mail within 3 workdays from the time your order was placed.
Should I expect to be taxed by customs on importing my order into my country?
Yes. Kitchener has no way of influencing possible taxation by custom and other governmental bodies in other countries. Customs, V.A.T. and any such tax is to be paid by those who order the goods from Kitchener. Furthermore Kitchener will not falsely declare shipments or alter shipping-papers in order to avoid or lessen taxation for customers.

Can I pre-order?
No. Pre-orders are not accepted.
Can I order items that are not listed in the e-shop?
No. All available items are listed in the e-shop.
Can I order items in colours or sizes that are not listed in the e-shop?
No. All available colours and sizes are listed in the e-shop.
Can I use means of payments other than those listed in the Kitchener terms of business?
No. You can pay using MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Product names
We use the same Product names as Nudie Jeans. A Jeans that is called "Straight Sven Dry Selvage" with Nudie is also called "Straight Sven Dry Selvage" in our e-shop.
